Starter Trial Terms
Offer version: starter-seven-day-2026-10-09. ProformaPilot LLC offers eligible new customers one seven-day Starter trial. Existing paid customers and customers who have already used a trial are not eligible.
Seven Days, Then $19 Per Month
A valid card is required. No subscription payment is due during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges the saved payment method $19, plus applicable tax, and the subscription renews monthly until canceled. Stripe displays the first billing date before you confirm. Your bank may show a temporary card-verification authorization.
Your Trial Allowance
The trial includes 20 Analysis Saves and 10 Property Checks total across the entire trial. Crossing the first of a month does not replenish the trial allowance. Each new saved analysis version uses one save. Fresh manual lookups and scheduled DealWatch listing checks share the same 10 Property Checks. Failed lookups can still use a check; reusing available cached research uses no new check. There are no automatic usage-overage charges.
Trial activity also appears in calendar-month usage. If you continue with a paid subscription, that month’s recorded usage carries into its paid allowance; paying does not reset usage. Paid allowances reset on the first of each UTC calendar month. Trial allowances do not roll over.
Cancellation And Reminders
Open Settings → Manage Billing and cancel before the first billing date to avoid the first subscription charge. A scheduled trial cancellation preserves trial access until its end; your workspace then returns to Free. Saved work remains available to the owner. We send a trial confirmation and aim to send a reminder about three days before the first charge. Delivery is not guaranteed; the billing date shown in Stripe remains authoritative.
One Trial Per Customer
Additional accounts, workspaces, email aliases, or payment methods do not create a right to another trial. We use account and hashed payment identifiers to detect repeat trials. A repeat or unsupported payment method can prevent trial activation or end the trial without a subscription charge. Contact support@proformapilot.com if eligibility appears incorrect. You can also select Starter without a trial after reviewing its immediate charge.
Refunds And Support
The seven-day first-payment refund window begins with your first actual subscription charge after the trial. Renewals and upgrades do not restart it. See the Refunds & Support Policy, Terms Of Use, and Privacy Policy. Human support provides an initial response within three business days, excluding US federal holidays.
