Property Research You Can Review
Each fresh address lookup uses one property-data allowance. Review recorded facts, estimated rent, and rental listing comparables before applying them. Coverage varies, and data can be reused for up to seven days. All lookups are subject to the site’s shared data allowance.
One Shared Allowance For Searches And Monitoring
Scheduled listing refreshes use the same monthly property checks as manual research. One weekly property can use up to 5 checks per month; for example, that leaves 5 of a Starter plan’s 10 checks for manual research if no other checks are used. Alert emails cost no additional check. Monitoring is optional, requires acknowledgment before enabling, and pauses when allowance or shared capacity is unavailable. Your dashboard, Settings, and DealWatch show the manual and monitoring breakdown.
Billing And Cancellation
Your first paid subscription has a seven-day refund window. Renewals and upgrades are normally nonrefundable, subject to billing-error and service-failure review and applicable law. Human support responds within three business days, excluding US federal holidays. Read Our Refunds & Support Policy.
Prices are in USD per month, plus applicable tax. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled through billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at period end. No payment is collected for a free account. Scheduled monitoring requires active paid access. Professional includes up to three team seats sharing one workspace allowance.
